At RSin Fitness founded in 2020, we believe in the power of hard work, dedication, and the right guidance to unlock your full potential. Our journey began from a personal experience—being a high school athlete without a trainer to help push past my limits. Every achievement was built on relentless effort, dedication, & hard work. RSin Fitness was created—to fill the gap for the next generation of athletes and individuals striving for their best.

We provide in-person and online training for athletes of all ages and anyone ready to take control of their fitness journey. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, build strength, or adopt healthier habits, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Meet the Coach

My name is Rudolh Sinflorant, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and raised in Dunnellon, Florida. I am a former college running back at Augustana University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science, with double minors in Fitness Management and Coaching. Since 2020, I have been deeply involved in the fitness industry, and for the past three years. I've also had the privilege of coaching football.

Throughout my career, I've always been passionate about working hard and empowering those around me. As a trainer, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reach their goals through consistent, focused effort with the intent of 1% improvement in whatever they are striving for. I believe in creating a positive environment that inspires others to become the best version of themselves.

RSin Fitness was created with the purpose of inspiring, teaching, and motivating people through fitness and athletic performance. My goal is to guide each individual toward their personal best, while fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
